Rub in (1)
To make something absorb into something or someone using your hand.
يُدَلِّك / يَفْرُك لِيَتَشَرَّب

Rub in (2)
To remind someone of something repeatedly until they feel bad.
يُكرِّر الأمر / يُؤَكِّد عَلَى
I know I told you I would fix your car, but please don't rub it in by telling me every day that you hate taking the bus to work.
Rub off (1)
For something to become worn out or disappear so that it can no longer be seen.
يَزول بِفِعْل الاحْتِكاك
My keyboard is so old that all the characters have rubbed off the keys.

For someone's influence or habits to affect another person.

Her good habit of staying fit has rubbed off on him because I see him exercising regularly at the gym now.
Rub out
To make something disappear by applying pressure with your hand.
يَمْحُو / يُزِيل بِالفَرْك
I had a bad scratch on my car and I rubbed it out using a special wax formula and a cloth.
Rub up against
To make physical contact with something or someone.
يَحُتكُّ بِ
The bear rubbed up against the tree to scratch an itch.
