"make out 1" means to get a good deal يستفيد، يحصل على صفقة رابحة
- I will make out trading my old laptop for a new tablet.
"make out 2" means to have difficulty understanding what someone said or wrote
يفهم أو يقرأ ما قاله أو كتبه شخص ما بصعوبة
- He was talking so fast, I could not make out what he was saying.

"make up 1" means to do something that you didn't do on a previous day يعوض
